Hojicha Bliss Balls

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Hojicha powder


  • Pulse dates in a food processor until they are chopped into small pieces.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor with the chopped dates and pulse for 15 seconds. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula and pulse again for 5-10 seconds until the ingredients are completely combined and a homogeneous grainy dough forms.
  • Scoop the dough with a tablespoon (or a cookie scoop) and roll with your hands to form 1 inch balls.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour to let harden and set.
  • Enjoy!


Store in the freezer for up to 2 months or in the fridge for 1 week.
