Pumpkin Chai Latte Energy Balls

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 1 tsp Instant black tea
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin butter
  • 1 tsp Almond milk
  • Spice Mix

Spice Mix

  • 1/2 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon


  • Place the cashews in the food processor and pulse until ground. Add dates and pulse together until dates are chopped into small bits.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds, until everything is well combined and a sticky large ball starts to form.
  • Use a teaspoon to scoop out mixture and roll with your hands into small 1.5 inch balls. Store in an airtight container.
  • Place the container in the freezer for about 15 minutes to make the balls firm. Enjoy!


Store in the freezer for up to 2 months or in the fridge for 1 week.
